This doctoral programme also strives to improve and expand the practical skills of students taking a PhD, thus ensuring the training of highly qualified personnel for work in industry and the research area.<\/p>\n<p>The graduates of this doctoral programme can find occupational fulfilment as highly qualified experts and ecologists (environmental experts) in various branches of industry and science, in government institutions both within the European Union member states and internationally.
